I just created a new form using the Sign Builder and published it. It is not showing under My Forms and I can not find it anywhere to edit/view besides the link I saved initially of it. Without this link I have no way to find or access my form to edit or even view submissions. Can this be fixed? I need to get this form sent out ASAP for a contracted job in less than 2 weeks.

Hi Kori,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Created Sign Documents are placed in another section of your account. Let me show you where you can find it:
- On your My Forms page, click on the My Forms text beside Jotform in the upper left corner of the page.
- Then, click on My Sign Documents.
- You can hover over the Sign Document that you created to edit the document or view the submissions.
That's it. Reach out again if you need any other help.
