Mobile App: Data does not match on browser

    I have several forms with Input tables and we were testing the Approval flow and one of the approvers was using the mobile app. He noticed that it was duplicating the row in the input table in a form submission when he viewed it in the Jotform mobile app (on iPhone, but I duplicated the issue on Android). When viewing the filled in form in the browser it is not duplicated. When I filled in the form to submit it there was only one row.

    Hi Admin_Forms_formsadmin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You mentioned that this only happens on mobile and when you checked on the browser, the data is correct. Can you try syncing your mobile app and see if this will solve the issue? Here's how to do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

    2. Once in Settings, scroll down the list and tap on Sync Your Data.

    That's it. Your data will automatically start syncing.

    That didn't solve the issue - it is still showing 2 rows in the mobile app even though there was only ever one in the submitted form.

    Hi Admin_Forms_formsadmin,

    Can you please log out of the app first, clear the app cache, log back in, then check your form submissions again? You can refer to this link on how to clear the app cache. If this does not resolve the issue, try reinstalling the app, then check again.
