Requesting for a discount

Hello, I'm having a hard time continuing with the platform. I need to reduce my expenses, I've lost some customers. Would it be possible to get a discount on what I currently pay monthly so I don't have to cancel your service?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it looks like you are currently to subscribed to the Silver Monthly with Legacy pricing at $39 per month.  If you cancel your existing subscription and re-subscribe at a later date, your account will be subject to our new pricing plans, and you will no longer be eligible for the Legacy Silver plan. Check out our pricing page for the latest pricing and features.

I'm afraid that we currently don't offer any discounts on the plans. The only allowed discount is Nonprofit Discount or Educational Discount. Also, we offer 50% off within 24 hours for newly created Jotform accounts, and this discount is only valid for Annual Subscriptions.
