Find out the minimum score

    Hi there,

I have nine fields Say Q1, Q2, Q3, and so on... till Q9.

My respondents rate themselves on these fields by giving themselves a score ranging from 1 to 10 (1 = minimum, 10 maximum) Thus, people give scores generally ranging from 3 to 9 (theoretically all scores are possible). It is also possible that I get 3 to 4 similar scores.

I want to find which are the three bottom most scores out of these nine scores and get the responses (something like Q5, Q2, Q9). How do I do this?

    Thanks in advance:)

    Hi Kaushal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can do this by using our  Jotform Report Builder feature. The feature allows you to create a visual report based on your form submissions. It's easy to create a report. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Report Builder.
    2. A new window will pop up, choose Extended Report, then click on Create.
    3. Once the report is generated , you can just remove the slides that you do not need.
    4. You can edit how the slide looks like by clicking on the slide and selecting the cogwheel on the the right side of the slide to open Settings.

That's it, you can now edit the report based on your preference. Check the result on the sample screenshots below:

    Thanks for the response Paolo.

However, I want to do this on the form itself (and not use Tables at this moment) while the person is takes the test.

I want to ask further questions on the basis of the least scored responses.

    Hi Kaushal,

I'll need a bit of time to look into this issue. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi Kaushal,

I've checked on this and we can get the minimum or the bottom scored response using conditional logic. However it is currently not possible to get the bottom 3 lowest scoring responses.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we'll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
