Account suspended

My form asked for a first name and no sensitive info, as stated below I have not broke any rules.

Seems like you have a issue with the word Trump.

If a form’s purpose is to deceptively obtain sensitive personal information, such as credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, and driver’s license numbers, that form will be disabled.
