Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just wanted to confirm if I understand your concern correctly. Do you want to receive a Notification email of a form submission in CSV or Excel format? Unfortunately, it is not possible to include an Excel or CSV file format of the submission data in the email content. However, you can use our Google Sheets Integration which sends the submission data. Let me show you how to set that up:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Google Sheets Integration.
4. Now, select or connect your Google account.
5. Click on Use an Existing Spreadsheet.
6. Select your Google Spreadsheet and your form fields.
7. Now, click on Save and you're done.
Another way is you can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
