Change the information on the form

Form, Inked NYC Piercing release form. The PDF is not showing the changes that made. I delete a few selections and those info are showing on the print out.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Usually the PDF automatically updates but when this happens what I do is I create a new PDF Document. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, click the dropdown on the upper left and select PDF Editor.
2. Next, click on the + New PDF tab then choose Use Default Layout.

You can easily delete the old PDF document by clicking the three-dot icon next to it and selecting "Delete".
