I want to display single choice items on a summary page.

Hello!

I'm designing my form in a way that you answer questions or fill data and then go to a different page. my last page will be a summary with several calculated fields BUT I also want to display some of the choices my customers made in the previous sheets.

Please help with this last part. thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, in order to have a summary of the answers given to the questions by the users, you can utilize the Review Before Submit widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left.
2. Under the Widgets tab, scroll down to see the Review Before Submit widget. Drag and drop it to your form.
