Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your last accessed form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my result:
Is your form embedded on a website? If so, can you share the link to the embedded form? In the meantime, I cleared the cache of your forms.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I cleared the cache, but nothing has changed, and the same 'Page Not Found' message appeared. You will find the requested link attached

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see, there was no error after the submission of the form. I have cleared your form cache just in case. Can you give it a try again and see how it goes? If the same thing happens, will you allow us to test your form with a submission to help us better understand what’s happening?

the same thing happens,you can test my forms with submission
knowing that this bug is only for forms where there is an inteligent pdf connection, you will find below the two links of these forms

It looks like a few users have run into this issue. I just heard back from our Developer Team. They've solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now.
