Uploaded fields not showing in Google Drive integration.

Hello,

I have created a form that includes 3 image upload elements. I have created an integration with Google Drive and each submission should create a new folder in Drive and deposit the images into that folder. When I submit test submissions, the Google Drive folder is created but the images are not downloaded into the folder. Can you please help me?

I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to use the File Upload element instead of the Image Upload Preview widget. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of your screen.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down and select the File Upload element.

still not having any luck with the folders and files saving into my Google

Now, coming back to your question, since you have created a new File Upload field to your form, you'll have to reintegrate your Google Drive. Note that any changes made to your form will break any of your integration. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Integrations from the left side window.
3. Select Google Drive.
4. Click on the Three Dots icon.
5. Click on the Delete Action.
6. From the pop up confirmation message, click on Yes, Discard.
7. Click on the Add New Action button.
8. Select your Google Drive account and click on the Add Action button.
9. Set up your integration again.
10. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
