How can I make the form I share with collaborators appear in the 'Shared With Me' section?

Jadi saya ingin add collaborators untuk form saya. Saya sudah share link nya kepada teman saya. Namun, dia ingin form tersebut masuk kehalaman 'Shared With Me' dan tidak ada expirednya. Kalau saya invite dengan fitur 'Assign To', formnya hanya akan masuk ke halaman 'Assigned Form'. Caranya bagaimana ya? Terimakasih

So, I want to add collaborators to my form. I've already shared the link with my friend. However, they want the form to appear in their 'Shared With Me' section and not have an expiration date. If I invite them using the 'Assign To' feature, the form will only appear in the 'Assigned Form' section. How can I achieve this? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you want the form to appear in the Shared With Me folder on your My Forms page, you'll need to share it through Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, click the downward arrow icon from the upper left part of your screen.
2. Select Inbox from the options.

1. In your Jotform Inbox, click the Share button in the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Type in your desired email recipients.
3. Click the Send Invitation button.

Keep in mind that when forms are in the Shared With Me folder, users can view the inbox, form, and submissions.

So what I want to ask now is when I add someone as collaborators from Inbox (where the form will appear on their Shared With Me), will they be able to edit the form without the link anymore? Or the only way to edit the form is share the collaboration link that has expired time?

Yes, if collaborators accept your invitation, then they can access your form without clicking on the link from the shared with me folder.

If collaborators want to edit the form (build form) for example: want to new add question, I still have to share the invitation link to collab? If yes, can I invite collaborators through email just like Shared With Me and Assign Form? So the collaborators can build the form everytime they want without expired time?

Collaboration in Tables, and collaboration in Form Builder works differently. Unfortunately, if you'd like others to be able to edit your form, you always have to share with them the Form collaboration's link. Let me show you where to find that:

1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

This link expires, and will always have to be shared with others whenever you'd like them to make changes to your form. It's not also possible for others to see the Form Builder of your form on their account's "Shared with me" section.
