Short Scrollable Terms widget: can't make the checkbox checked

Hi there

A few of our clients are saying they are having issues with one of the fields in our form. Some other parents are ok, but some can't get through.

It says the field is still required but they scroll to the bottom and ticked it. HEre is the link to the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form and I may say that even on my browser it seems to be not so easy to tick the checkbox once having scrolling down to the end of the Terms. had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

As a workaround, you can change the heigth of the field to avoid to have to scroll down in the terms and make easier to tick the terms checkbox. Let me show you how to do it. 

1. In Form Builder, select the widget, and click on the Gear icon.
2. In the right panel, change the Heigth to 400.

Unfortunately, we can' t provide you with an ETA. It depends on their workload, but be sure that they do their best to provide you with an update as soon as possible. It would help us if you can tell us the devices versions are experiencing this issue and if you provide us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

I have checked your form in three different browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. It seems the widget is working correctly. Please see the screencast below:

Can you check if the issue is persistent? If so, can you provide us with more details? The issue may be related to the device, and/or operating system.
