Sign Document: Unable to share or collaborate with sub-users

We spent a while trying to figure this out today. Can you send me a step-by-step guide on how to share a signed doc with a sub-user? I do not have that option on the signed doc page or in the admin settings.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have the share or collaborate feature for Sign Document. As a workaround, you can send the document to the sub-users, and once they have it, they can upload the document to create a Sign Document in My Sign Documents page. Let me show you how to do it:

Take note that these steps below should be done on the sub-users end.

1. In My Sign Documents, click on Create Sign Document on the upper-left part of the screen.

2. Click on Upload Document option.

3. Click on Upload Document.
4. Upload your preferred document.

5. Click on Create Signable Document.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. They have gone through and made one but it is making them pay for their own plan instead of using are allotment of 1,000 signed documents.

Please note that you can only add collaborator features in the classic form. To better assist you can you please share the Signed Document URL so we can take a look into it? Also, you can create a classic form and enable the Jotform Sign. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the +Add Form Element and select the Signature under the Basic tab.
2. Click the Pen icon of the Signature field and Enable the Jotform Sign.

Then, you can now share the form to your sub-users as collaborators.
