Hubspot integration: Contacts are not created or updated.

Hello, I connected my form with a Hubspot CRM but the data is not updated, nor are new contacts generated, does it only work with databases without data?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've reviewed your Formulario NB form and found that it is integrated with HubSpot to create contacts. Once the form is integrated, it will send the data to the CRM contact. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

As you can see, after the form was submitted, the data was sent to the HubSpot contact. Can you try reintegrating the form with HubSpot and see how it goes? It is easy to reintegrate form with HubSpot. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab from the orange navigation bar.

2. Click the Integrations on the left menu and then click on HubSpot.

3. Now, click on the Remove Integration button, and then click on the Yes, Remove button on the confirmation window.

4. Now, search for the HubSpot Integration option, and then click on it.

5. Click on the Authenticate button to authenticate your Hubspot account. You can use +Add New Field to add a new field to match.

6. Match your form fields with the Hubspot contact properties, and click on the Complete Integration button.

7. Finally, click on the Save button.

That's it. Now the new contact will be sent to HubSpot.
