Upgrade to Annual Subscription

I would like to convert my account into an annual subscription. I am an educator. What would the annual cost be? Do you take purchase orders?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can convert your account plan from Monthly to Yearly. It's easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms, click your Avatar on the upper-right of the screen.

2. Next, click on the Settings.

3. Go to your Billing page and click on the Change Plan button.

4. Scroll down through the list of plans and click on Current button.

5. The Yearly plan should automatically be selected since you're currently on the Monthly plan. Click the Update button, and your payment schedule should then change to yearly.

Also, the purchase order payment method for upgrading accounts is no longer supported. To upgrade your account, you can use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Upgrade Your Account.
