Hi Samara,
Thanks for your patience. I'm sorry to see that your account is locked. When I checked your history logs, I saw your account got locked due to a failed login attempt. I've gone ahead and unlocked your account. Since your server is HIPAA, please wait 1 hour and then try to log in again.
Additionally, if this happens again, you can also reach out to any admin user on your server, as admin users can also unlock accounts in the Admin Console.
