How to display and require a field using condition?

Hello--I see how I can conditionally make a field required, and I see that I can set a new condition to set a field to display, but I don't see how to do both.

I want a field to be both displayed and required only when the field above it is answer A.

Do I need to configure two separate conditions (one each for display and required)? Or, can I just do "display" and set the field properties to be required?
