Hi danaweb,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Billing page only shows if the account has an active subscription. If the account does not have or no longer has an active subscription, you'll see the Upgrade page. On the other hand, if your account used to have a subscription but no longer has an active one, on the Upgrade page, you can scroll down to see the previous invoice(s) or do the following:
- Click on the X icon in the upper right.
- Click the Download icon on the invoice you want to view in the Invoices section.
This account you're using now has never had a subscription, so you'll not see any invoices. If you need further assistance, it'll help if you can share the account email address, username, or the URL of a form in the account with the invoice you want to view.
