Hi clay150,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the feature and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Could you please provide us with the form URL in question? Have you tried deleting the existing report and creating a new one to see if this fixes the issue?
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help

Hi. Thank you for writing me back.
I just created a new report and the same issue is happening with the emoji slider charts. See the links below:

Ok thank you for the update. I will wait to hear back.
I'm also having an issue when I use the app to view results. The submissions are showing a random text entry and not something useful such as Name (which is what I would prefer). See screenshot. Is there a way to select which fields are picked to show here? -
clay150Replied on August 5, 2024 at 5:56 PMAlso, is there a way to set the starting value on the Evaluation Slider to 1, instead of 6? In my form, some of my respondents have had issues completing the form because they may answer a 6 on the question but they don't actually click on the 6 - and then they receive a validation error saying they need to complete all of the questions. If the slider was set to 1, then it would be more clear that they need to move the slider.

Nice work. Thank you for the promptness!
I noticed that it is displaying results. One other thing I noticed is that the options for the report chart type for a default emoji slider has several options: basic, donut, pie, column, and bar. With the edited emoji slider the options for chart type are only (2), bar and column. -
