If I can't get Form 2 to automatically populate with Form 1's information, and instead have to manually populate Form 2 for each Form 1 submission, how can I have an automated email that sends Form 2 to the responder when Form 1 is approved?

    Hi Marlee,

To my understanding, you want to have an automated email notification that sends Form 2 to the responder when Form 1 is approved. You can do that by adding a Notification Email to your form. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Emails tab on the left side of the page.
    3. Click the +Add Email on the Emails window. How can I have an automated email that sends Form 2 to the responder when Form 1 is approved? Image 1 Screenshot 50
    4. Click on the Notification Email option. How can I have an automated email that sends Form 2 to the responder when Form 1 is approved? Image 2 Screenshot 61
    5. Edit the email notification template and add the Prefill URL.
    6. Click on the Save button. How can I have an automated email that sends Form 2 to the responder when Form 1 is approved? Image 3 Screenshot 72
