Hello -
I am using a fill in the blank field that then maps to an outside system (Airtable). I found a help article (https://www.jotform.com/answers/2684824-connecting-fill-in-the-blank-section-into-jotform) that stated to add another text field question that will update when the fill in the blank is selected. You then hide this text field question and use it to map to Airtable. In my fill in the blank, I have a drop down for a few different options (0, 1-5, 6-10, etc).
My issue: When I select an option in my fill in the blank questions, the text field question does not enter the text correctly. For example, if I select 1-5, it shows in my question as "Please select 1-5 Please Select". I just want it to say 1-5. Please note, I unhide the text field question for testing but plan to hide it. Please advise.

When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. They will investigate the issue and circle back in this thread when there's any update.
