How to Submit the URL of the Review to Increase Usage?

I wrote the review. I went back to the site to see if I could retrieve my information. Because I have done one already, I could not do it again and so I do not know how to get the url you need to verify my review for extra forms. Please advise. Is it kept in my system?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I looked at your previous ticket, and it appears you already have the URL. However, the URL seems to be incorrect. Instead, use the URL provided below on your Increase Limits page. Let me walk you through it:

1. Clickyour Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
2. In the dropdown, click on Settings.
3. Now, go to the Increase Limits tab
4. Click the 50 extra submission and paste the link of your review. Then, click Submit.

I received an email that my review was accepted. When will it be reflected in my account and how many forms can I now use that I already have created?
