HIPAA: Unable to view saved drafts data

    We are on the Hippa Compliant version - can we not view answers until they are submitted? We used to be able to view incomplete forms but no longer can.

    Hi Duckett,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Due to data restrictions, please note that when an account where a form is stored is a HIPAA-compliant account, the saved draft can only be accessed by the respondent who saved it. Also, the respondent will be required to have a Jotform account and log in to save the draft. Only the respondent will have access to the data of the saved draft.
