Hi Franz056722,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your form respondents can have a copy of their submitted if yo set up the autoresponder on your form. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on + Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.
Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form. Here's the link to the guide: Setting up an Autoresponder Email
