What is Your Refund Policy?

What's your refund policy can i request for refund if your platform does not meet our needs?

If I request a refund after 20 days, how much would I get back?

I only need it for about a month. That is why I am asking.

Would it make better sense to do month to month?

Thanks for getting back to us. The 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund of your subscription. But you can only do this once. I would suggest that if you subscribe for a number of days, you can subscribe to a monthly subscription and cancel it so that you won't get renewed automatically.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that if the ticket was set to Private you will need to log in to your Jotform account on the same browser where you opened the ticket, Only the ticket owner and Jotform Support can view this ticket.
