HIPAA: I'm unable to submissions after upgrading to HIPAA.

    I've recently upgraded to the HIPAA form, but now Im not able to see the submitted forms - is there a straight forward way around this?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It appears that you've opened this ticket through guest account. I also checked your paid account associated with this email address: david.bartle@orthocentre.co.nz, and it appears that everything is working properly. Can you try to log in to your account? Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
