Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you asking how to add a Form Collaborator? If so, here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Click on the Copy Link and share it with your team.
   

Please note that:

• Form Collaboration is only available in Form Builder.
• The collaboration link expires after 72 hours, you'll need to refresh the link to generate a new one.
• All changes made by everyone are automatically saved.
• Publish functions are disabled for guest collaborators.
