Hi Amore,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it's not possible to import external data to the Product List element. You will have to manually setup each products in the form.
While the feature you're looking for is currently not available, We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Amore,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there's currently no way around this. Uploading products from another source is not possible at the moment. But I've already escalated this to our Developers as a feature request. Once we hear from them for any updates, we'll let you know.
Thanks for your understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi lshamore47
You asked—we delivered. We’re excited to share that Product Import is now live! In a few quick steps, you can now easily import products directly into the Product List in a few different ways. Here’s how to get started:
- In Form Builder, select your Product List and then click on the Shopping Cart icon.
- In the Product List Settings menu on the right, click on Import.
- In the Import Products window that opens, select the platform you want to import your products from: CSV/Excel, PDF, Image, or Shopify (in this example, we used CSV/Excel).
- Drag and drop your file into the File Upload area.
- It’ll automatically map your file’s fields to Product Fields. To change a mapping, click on the Downward Arrow under XLSX Fields to select a column or the X icon to delete it. And when you’re done, click on Review and Import.
- In the Review Products section, click on the fields you want to change manually, or click the Pencil icon to generate text with AI.
- Then, click on Import to continue.
- That’s it! Your products have been added. Just click on the OK button to view them.
Here’s a breakdown of how they work:
- CSV/Excel: Upload your file, and Jotform AI will automatically detect and map your data to the product fields. You can review, edit, or generate missing fields with AI before completing the import.
- PDF/Image: Jotform AI will detect and extract product data for you.
- Shopify: Export your Shopify inventory—the exported file is fully supported for direct import.
WooCommerce support will be available soon!
Thanks again for your feedback and helping us improve Jotform. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
- In Form Builder, select your Product List and then click on the Shopping Cart icon.
