None of these things come up when I log in to upgrade my subscription and I am therefore not able to upgrade - It won't even send me the verification email to verify my account.
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the email address you provided and it seems that you are already subscribed to a Silver Yearly Plan. You need to log into your account using the email address, Taunia.Cherry@mt.gov and your password so you can be able to access your account.
