I'm trying to add Sign Forms into my "Onboarding Folder", however I cannot figure out how to add or create a form within that folder.

I create a form within that folder, but when I finish and open the folder up it says there are no forms in there.

    it doesn't make any sense.

    Hi nathanielcavicchi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to move a form to a folder, just select the form and click on the Add to Folder button on your My Forms page. Take a look at the screenshot below:

But, if you're trying to add or move a Sign document in a folder on the My Forms page. Unfortunately, this is not possible. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

This feature would be very helpful to keep documents more organized. We are not able to create folders within My Signed Documents either, that would also be a VERY helpful feature!

    Thank you!

    Hi, lifesolutions1 and lzarate,

Thanks for using Jotform. My colleague forwarded this as a feature request to our Relevant team to see if this option can be implemented in the future. We cannot guarantee that this will be implemented nor can we provide an ETA but we'll be sure to notify you here once we receive any updates from them.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi,

We are thrilled to announce our new implementation Labels which enables organizing all asset types in your workspace! With labels, now you can categorize different types of assets into a single category. Different from the Folder structure, multiple asset types (Forms, AI Agents, Tables, Apps, Sign Documents, Workflows, Reports, and Boards) can be labeled. Also, a single asset can have multiple labels. Check the screenshot below to learn how labels work:

    1. Creating Labels:

    • In My Workspace page, click on Add Label in the menu on the left.
    • Enter a name for your label.
    • Then click on the Three Dots icon to customize it.
    • You can create a new asset under that label by directly clicking on Create. How to move/add Sign Documents to a Folder under My Forms? Image 1 Screenshot 40

    2. Adding Labels to Assets

    • To label your assets, go to your Workspace, and click on the asset.
    • Then click on Label as on the top of the page.
    • You can select multiple assets at once and add a label.
    • You can also select one asset and add multiple labels. How to move/add Sign Documents to a Folder under My Forms? Image 2 Screenshot 51

    3. Creating Sublabels

    • Click on the Three Dots icon next to your label.
    • Then click on Add Sublabel. How to move/add Sign Documents to a Folder under My Forms? Image 3 Screenshot 62

You can create maximum number of 100 labels and maximum 4 sublabel levels in depth.

We invite you to explore the new Label structure and share your thoughts. Your feedback is greatly valued and will help us keep making Jotform better.
