How to switch my payment integration to Purchase Order?

    Hi, the option for "Purchase Order" is not available on the listing. What other options can I use?

    Hi Em,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to change your payment integration from an online one to the Purchase order? If so, we can do this in Form Builder. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add element button on the left.
    • Next, click on the Payments tab and on the 3 vertical dot icon beside your current integration.
    • Select Switch to another gateway and select Purchase Order on the appearing list.
    • Click on Use Selection and that's it.
