I deleted multiple submissions to free up my upload space, but the usage limit remain the same.

    Hi there! I am getting a notice about my space getting almost full. I've gone into several forms and deleted trashed entries but the amount of space I've used has stayed the same. Can you advise?

    Hi Ribbon_info,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. It seems like you're about to hit your upload space limit. The upload space limit is the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads.

    However, I cleared the form cache and recalculated the account's usage limits to update your current usage limits. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
