    Hi,

I have seen a few requests by searching.

Can I also request for header and footer to be made available for PDF as there are times where we need to add company logo to the pdf forms. It is not possible with the current margins that is set in the system.

    Thank you.

    Hi zbiap,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi zbiap,

Thanks so much for your patience! We're thrilled to let you know that the Header and Footer features are now available in PDF Editor, just as you requested. These new options will help you take your documents to the next level, adding a polished and professional touch with ease!

You can now easily add a Header and/or Footer to your documents, with the flexibility to show or hide them as needed. Best of all, they’ll stay consistent across all pages—giving your documents a cohesive, professional look. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:

    1. In PDF Editor, hover your mouse over the top or bottom of your page and click on Add Header or Add Footer to open the editing panel.
    2. Enter your text and use the Toolbar options to edit it as you want.
    3. Then, click on the Checkmark icon on the right side of the panel to save your changes. You can also click on the Eye icon to hide the field, or select the Trash Can icon to delete it.

As an alternative, you can also access the Header and Footer editor with the action bar on the right side of the document page, like you see below:

The panel for editing Headers and Footers includes rich text formatting and media options that’ll help you shape your document easily. Let me walk you through them:

    1. After opening the Editing panel, use the Toolbar at the top to change the Font Family, adjust the Font Size, apply Bold, Italic, or Underline styles, change Text Alignments, or set a Background Color for the Header or Footer text.

    2. Along with the text formatting options, to add links to external or internal pages, click on the Copy Link icon, or insert images such as company logos or decorative elements using the Image icon. And to add tables for organized content, click on the Table icon and choose the number of columns and rows you need.

    3. Now, to add predefined organization details like your Logo, Organization Name, Website, and Phone Number, click on the Organization Information Dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Toolbar.
