スマートフォンで電話番号を入力すると0が勝手に入力されます

    フォームに電話番号を入力してもらっています。
    入力マスクは、###-####-##[#][#]です。クライアントがスマートフォンで入力した際、ブラウザはsafariでもchromeでも、090-1234-5678と入力しようとすると、スマホ側の入力環境にもよりますが、0090と入力されてしまします。スマホはiPhoneです。PCから入力する場合は問題ありません。

    Hi Bakuikeda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Japanese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Going back to your support ticket, the Input Mask on your form is disabled for me to test but when I cloned your form enabled it, and followed the input mask of ###-####-##[#][#] the number is correctly following the Input Mask for example:

    Can you please enable the Input Mask on your form and check again? Be sure to set the Input Mask the same as the screenshot below to follow the correct masking.

    If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    PCでは問題ないのです。

    iPhoneで入力する際に生じる問題です。予測変換機能が悪さしているのではないかと疑っています。

    Jotform側というよりは相性の問題と思いますが、クライアントの環境をコントロールすることが難しいため、Jotformが対応してもらえると助かります。

    Thanks for getting back to us. I also tested the input masking on an iPhone as seen in the first screenshot that I've sent, and the input mask works correctly. Can you provide more information on the model of the iPhone you are using and the iOS version? Please try to update your iOS version on your iPhone to ensure you on the latest version.
