Salesforce is the world’s most popular customer relationship management tool, and where a lot of companies log all of their information, so an AI agent that’s already built into that platform makes a lot of sense. What I love about these agents is that even if you choose the pre-built options, they’re highly customizable.

Personally, I’ve used Postaga more for marketing tasks than sales tasks in the past. It’s a great tool for outreach when you want to connect with companies that might help boost your visibility with a press release, guest post, or internal link to an article.

All you need to do is feed the system a target list of all the people you want to connect with, and it will start generating personalized messaging strategies for you. You also get an integrated CRM where you can keep track of open opportunities, which is great.
I think the user interface is very straightforward and clean, and I like how easy it is to organize contact details for each prospect (you can add LinkedIn, social media, phone numbers, and more).

I’ve worked in teams that live on the phone, and Dialpad AI is a lifesaver in those environments. I used it during a month of back-to-back discovery calls, and what it gave me was clarity. It transcribed every conversation in real-time, flagged questions I needed to follow up on, and even summarized the call in plain language before I hung up.

Because it’s integrated into the CRM, the agent has full context, too. It can access deal stages, contact history, and email engagement. That’s where the real value kicks in. What I also liked: Breeze made outreach feel less like a headache. It tells you who to prioritize, when to reach out, and why.
