Today we’re excited to spotlight a handful of useful AI Agent tools. With these tools supporting beneficial and engaging conversation flows, you’ll be more efficient than ever.
You can find all the available AI Agent tools by opening the Train page of the AI Agent Builder and selecting Tools from the sidebar. Let’s dive in!
Show Presentation
Use Show Presentation to upload a presentation to your AI Agent and instruct it when to show the presentation to users. This tool lets you automatically engage with customers in an interactive way, 24-7.
Upload an existing presentation from a PDF or PowerPoint, import one from Google Slides, or enter a prompt to automatically generate one, complete with visuals and narration.
With the presentation tool, sales teams get additional prospect reach, trainers gain flexibility with live Q&A, and educators can creatively use autonomous presentations to hold the attention of a digital-first generation.
Social Follow
Whether for customer support, product promotions, or community outreach, social media engagement is crucial for most brands.
This tool gives your AI Agent the ability to automatically share your social media information during conversations. A helpful text field lets you instruct the agent when to share this info with users.
Choose Images
This tool gives you a flexible way to respond to your audience’s questions, with pictures as well as words. Just upload your images — for example, different T-shirt colors or tattoo designs — and tell the agent when to display them.
This functionality allows your agent to guide customer decisions in a visual way during a conversation so it can be as consultative and helpful as possible.
Take Photo
This tool gives your agent the ability to show users a button linking to the user’s camera during a conversation.
If you work in customer service, insurance, or HR, you’re well acquainted with the need to collect photos from users and customers. Having an agent take and collect photos on your behalf not only saves time but allows for automated task follow-up, easy storage, and streamlined approvals.
This tool lets users take photos for identity verification, product returns, headshots, and more and upload them directly to the agent during the conversation flow.
Show QR
A QR code is a nifty way to relay payment information, event schedules, tickets, or other services.
This tool lets your AI Agent display a QR code during a conversation. Simply enter the URL you’d like the code to link to and tell the agent when you’d like the code displayed.
Annotate Picture
For inspectors and technicians who are reporting from the field or designers working with clients, a visual back-and-forth with customers can be helpful.
This tool lets you upload images to your AI Agent that your agent will then display in a conversation. The end user can then annotate the image (or submit a different one of their own which they can upload and annotate instead).
Simply check the Allow user to change image box to allow end users to draw on the images that are shared with them, with the ability to add text, shapes, or highlights to specific areas of the picture.
This gives your company a handy way to fast-track issues or details directly inside agent conversations, removing the need for external tools in your workflow.
